Jack`s in Auburn

Fast efficient service. Great fries. Great chocolate shakes. Very good cheese burgers-I wasn't too crazy about the sauce, but I enjoyed it.

Service is terrible!!!! The young girl in the drive through had the worst attitude. Asked me to pull up and wait (10mins) I guess I was waiting for biscuits because the chicken was hard and clearly very old. Food made me sick. I will not be going back and will tell family and friends DO NOT EAT AT JACKS IN AUBURN!!!

Epic breakfast biscuits all day long. Hamburgers and chicken, lots of choices even for the pickiest eaters.

Wish they would change their hash browns back to the old style. These get hard as soon as the cool off. But great and very friendly.

I had a pretty good grilled chicken salad. The tea was tasty.

Ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches. They told me they would cook them fresh so I had to wait a few extra minutes, no big deal. Bite into one of the sandwiches and it’s raw.

Service a bit slow with almost no customers. Burger lukewarm. Had to ask twice for cheese on Big Jack. Jack's fried are my favorite though

This was the worst Jacks I’ve ever been to. I ordered the chicken tenders and could hardly eat it due to them being so dried out it was un-chewable. The drink fountain had mold all over it!! Corporate ( or the health department!) needs to make a surprise stop in there. They would be appalled.

Great food and nice staff

I have nothing nice to say. The lady working the Drive Thru was doing the best she could. The outside lights for the drive thru were off so you could not even see what to order. No grilled chicken, milkshake machine not working and evidently no tomatoes for a Big Jack. No wonder this place is never busy.

My order was wrong. I order the number 2 which was the bacon Jack burger and requested for no onions. Got my order and it had onions which I'm allergent to and also had no bacon on it. If I had bit into it with those onions it would of been a bad reaction on me.

Always been curious about trying a Jack’s. Turns out it’s just a really bad Popeye’s - and I don’t even like Popeye’s. Cashier literally did not speak one word to me. Food was boring and greasy. Let me feeling both heavy and still hungry.

I honestly don't know why I continue to come to this location. Convenience at its finest, I guess. The last FOUR times i have came by, my order has been wrong. Same thing every time. I order a 4 piece chicken finger dinner with green beans, fries, ranch and a Sprite. 4/4 times, I never get a straw or eating utensils. 3/4 times, I receive less tenders than I ordered And I never get my sauce. The one time I did get ranch, it was maybe a third full, and it may have as well been water. l cannot comprehend why my order is wrong every time. Not to mention the staff is beyond rude.

This was my first time driving through Alabama, and I saw a billboard boasted that this restaurant I had never heard of had "The Best Burger in the South." I decided to call this bluff and went to the restaurant myself, and I can assure, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that this is not even the best fast food burger in the South. It was mediocre, although the the fries did have some bomb seasoning. The cashier was also unable to communicate effectively, which made ordering a hassle. All in all, just go Zaxby's next door.

Jack's is cool. If you want to eat for cheap, then definitely give Jack's a try. The staff at this location is very nice and you can get ALOT of food for like $6 or less (2 cheeseburgers, fries and a drink). It's not the best tasting food but it's definitely worth what you're paying. You'll probably need to exercise for a total of 4 hours to burn off what you took in but other than that Jack's is a great place to go eat.

They need one in Atlanta and the food is so good.

Went through the drive thru and ordered the 2 cheeseburger combo with an extra cheeseburger and 2 comeback sauces. They charged me for the extra cheeseburger and I didn’t get it. And I had to ask for the comeback sauce twice. This would have been much more acceptable if it was busy but I was the only person in the drive thru at the time. Will not be coming back.

I went through the drive through, ordered a smoked sausage COMBO with sweet tea. I got diet coke and no hash browns. At least the biscuit was correct. I guess you can't get it all wrong.

I place my order on door dash my food was cold and I was missing an whole meal I had to leave my house just to get my food together. Called jacks an no answer had to get out of my bed just to get my order right , when I got there they was not opening freely to their paying guest, their employees making smart comments about me coming up there getting my order together that I paid for also management was co sidelong along with the the employee... I will not be returning, like the employee said PERIOD POOH!!!

I stopped in late Saturday night and the young lady that took my order was very welcoming and friendly and helpful. My kids loved the food.
